So helpful, after buying a used scooter off eBay, which only traveled a few miles before the batteries died even though they were guaranteed to hold at least a %60 charge. . Love Mobility found the batteries were of different voltage and ages! They did a service and replaced the dodgy batteries, providing a read out which in turn when shown to the place I bought it from, got me a full refund for new batteries.
