HOW THE FREE HOME ASSESSMENT WORKS

Regardless of what your mobility needs are, it’s important that you make the right choice when it comes to choosing the right mobility products. At Love Mobility we provide a free home assessment where our trained staff take the time to really understand who you are, what your specific needs are, and and how we can help.

During a home assessment we will:

  • Talk about your specific needs so we can get a full understanding of problems you’re encountering
  • Share our specialist knowledge and discuss possible solutions
  • Give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have
  • Assess and accurately measure up your home space if specific furniture or mobility products are needed
  • Help you understand our pricing so there are no nasty surprises should you decide to go ahead
  • No hard sell, that’s right no hard sell. At Love Mobility you won’t find any high pressure sales techniques, only honest helpful advice. You will be given a no obligation quotation and then left to decide. You WILL NOT be bombarded with nuisance calls, nor will we share your details with anyone else.

So helpful, after buying a used scooter off eBay, which only traveled a few miles before the batteries died even though they were guaranteed to hold at least a %60 charge. . Love Mobility found the batteries were of different voltage and ages! They did a service and replaced the dodgy batteries, providing a read out which in turn when shown to the place I bought it from, got me a full refund for new batteries. AND .. my scooter now travels over double the mileage… AND they delivered it to my home at no extra charge. Happy customer 🙂
